We would be delighted to assist you plan for any large corporate gathering or
special occasion such as birthdays, christenings, engagements, weddings or
celebrating the life of a special someone.

Our function packages showcase a selection of fresh, quality local produce the Limestone Coast has to offer and have been carefully designed to meet the needs of the occasion,
whilst providing a perfect space so you can relax and simply enjoy the moment.

Gather At 1862

Capacity – 40 seated or 80 standing

Gather at 1862 is a private room, suited to exclusive events, intimate dinners and corporate conferences. This regal room features hardwood furniture and black and white design elements.

• Private bathroom
• Projector and whiteboard
• Private bar on request.

Spend

• Lunch: $1000 min spend
• Dinner: $2000 min spend

Please note there is a $250 room hire if minimum spend is not met.

Penola Room

Capacity – 60 seated or 120 standing

The Penola Room is the perfect space for a sporting club get together, milestone event or a long lunch. Access to our Penola Road outdoor seating area, provides for an additional capacity of 20 if required.

Features

Private space with access to the front Bar
• Verandah access.

Spend - $1000 min spend.

Atrium

Capacity – 20 seated or 50 standing

The Atrium is upstairs and overlooks the hotel dining area from a beautifully crafted balcony adorned with vintage books, comfy chairs, and lounge. Perfect for a group to relax and connect for an intimate occasion.

Features

• Upstairs, so unfortunately no wheelchair access
• Closes at 10pm.
